Amorie Pickett
Amorie Pickett is an avid reader and general lover of books. Her favorite genre is sci fi/fantasy, but she will read almost anything that comes recommended by friends, family, co-workers or even occasional strangers. She will also read a book if she likes the title, the blurb on the back or the cover design. Amorie usually reads at least four books a month, unless she is laboring through a particularly tough one.
Amorie has a B.A. in journalism and has worked in television, radio, newspapers and most recently as an online news producer -- and now manages websites, a husband and a young son.
She is excited to have an online book club to discuss some of the books she reads with others who enjoy the written word as much as she does.
