Learn jam-making from a pro at Butcher’s Bunches

LOGAN — A jam-making workshop will be held Thursday, Aug. 23, at the Balance Cafe.

Attendees must bring their own fruit and jars, but all other ingredients and recipes will be provided. The session, sponsored by the Stokes Nature Center, will be taught by jam-maker Liz Butcher of Butcher’s Bunches in Logan.

The workshop is $35 for nature center members or $40 for nonmembers.

The event runs from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Balance Cafe, 34 Federal Ave.
